While I would’ve appreciated my best friend telling me this earlier, I suppose waiting until the official announcement is better so he doesn’t breach his contract (he’s a Square Enix game tester). Still, I’m hurt Jaysen, I’m hurt.
After many, many months of waiting, Final Fantasy XIII will finally see daylight here in North America on March 9th, 2010. While is this still three months later than the Japanese release date, considering the problems they’ve had importing the game onto the Xbox 360, this is actually quite soon.
Hopefully this lives up to the standards of previous Final Fantasy titles. Well, are you excited?

Yes… but not much. I don’t have a system that can play the game, so I won’t be getting it for a while… if ever. Still, I hope it does well, so for that, I’m excited.
Dang, that sucks
But hey, I don’t have a viable PC for gaming, so we’re even.
Far more excited for this than I was for XII. I have been disappointed with the franchise since X, and I really think this one can save it for me. I’m totally in the mood for a fantastic story and interactive narrative, so March is about perfect–after my night class ends, so I’ll have evenings to waste on XIII. I can’t wait for the 360 version, personally.
